Registration Fees

The registration to the conference follows a separate procedure from the submission of contributions. Please, register for the Conference mailing list to receive regular updates on the conference organization by sending an email to the conference Chair at the email address:


The following Registration Fees (VAT 22% included) will be available for ISEC 2024.

STUDENT*€ 530.00€ 630.00
*for Students, PHD Students, and Research Fellows and whoever has not a permanent position at a University. A certification should be sent together with the registration fee.

Please note that the Presenting Author should be registered for the Conference by May 12, 2024. Each Author is entitled to the presentation of 1 abstract only.

The registration fee for Participants includes:

  • Conference Kit
  • Admission to scientific sessions
  • Coffee breaks and lunches as in the program
  • Welcome Breakfast
  • Excursion and Social dinner
  • Farewell party
  • Certificate of attendance

The registration fee for Accompanying Person includes:

  • Welcome Cocktail
  • Excursion and Social dinner
  • Farewell party

Way of payment

– Credit card
(Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

 Cash payment
will be only accepted for onsite registration.


If payment is managed by your university, please complete the registration with your personal details by selecting bank transfer as the payment method.

If you are in possession of your University’s billing information (company name, address, VAT number and, for Italians only, “codice univoco”) you can edit it in the “Billing Details” box by clicking on “Edit Details”. Otherwise, continue without editing.

In both cases, in order to complete the payment it is necessary for the Organising Secretariat to receive a copy of the Purchase Order from your Administration to the email address within 5 days from the date of registration. We therefore suggest that you proceed with online registration when the  Purchase Order is already issued.

If payment is made by yourself, with your personal credit card, the invoice will be automatically issued with the participant’s personal data and cannot be changed.

Cancellations and Refunds

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the MCM SRL.
Full refund will be provided for cancellations made before May 12, 2024, less 50 Euro for administrative expenses. Cancellation fees of 50% will be applied after May 12, 2024. No refund will be made for cancellations made after June 3, 2024.
